Julie Cain

Julie Williams Cain has been a general practice attorney/mediator in the West Georgia Area for over 26 years, practicing in the areas of family law, general civil litigation, probate and estate matters, real property disputes, criminal defense and juvenile representation in the State, Superior, Probate, Magistrate and Juvenile Courts of Georgia.

Mrs. Cain has been a state-registered mediator for 18 years and has extensive mediation experience in both private and court-referred mediation. She has served as a mediator for the Georgia Department of Education in the area of Student Services and has been a trainer for Atlanta Divorce Mediators. She has presented at ADR conferences and continuing legal education seminars throughout the State of Georgia.

Mrs. Cain’s experience as a litigator and mediator affords valuable insight which, coupled with a sense of fairness and compassion for parties in crisis, provides her with a unique ability to effectively mediate disputes and obtain settlement in even the most contentious of cases. She has successfully mediated hundreds of cases including child custody disputes, division of marital assets and debts, personal injury claims, wrongful death actions, wills and estate matters, boundary line disputes, collections and contract disputes.

Mrs. Cain’s mediation fees are $200.00 per hour ($100.00 per side) with a two hour minimum for mediations requiring travel.
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee which covers administrative costs.

Misty Morrell

Misty Morrell is a registered member of the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. Misty offers mediation services in the areas of: domestic disputes, including divorce, custodial/visitation issues, and child support matters; collections disputes, including landlord/tenant matters, fee disputes, and debt resolution; and other civil disputes.

Misty earned her Bachelor’s in psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Kennesaw State University in 2010. Her training in both mediation and psychology combine to provide a deep understanding of the emotional and personal aspects of conflict resolution while better facilitating a mutually agreeable solution tailored to the unique needs of each party.

Mrs. Morrell's mediation fees are $100 per hour, which is generally equally divided between the parties. There is a minimum charge of two hours of mediation time and, unless arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the conclusion of mediation.
